Coalescing Filters

Remove dirt particles and condensation, oil aerosols and submicron solid particles down to 0.01 micron from compressed air by means of a coalescing filter element. The main applications include air bearings, air conveying, high speed air motors and spray painting.
5 - 8 Airline Filters
Designed to remove airborne impurities, dirt particles, condensation and oil aerosols from compressed air through air supply lines by means of centrifugal force and a filter element.
9 - 13 Filter/Regulators
Airborne impurities, dirt particles, condensation and oil aerosols from compressed air through air supply lines and also maintain air pressure at a set level, that can efficiently operate air tools and other air operated equipment. The filter works by means of centrifugal force with a filter element while the regulator is self-relieving and provides high air flow, while maintaining the set pressure with minimal pressure drop.
14 - 16 Micromist Airline Lubricators
Deliver an atomised oil mist to compressed air, lubrication and extending the life of
air tools. The sight feed dome provides a visual indication of oil drop rate, a red drip rate adjustment to regulate the oil drop rate and a flow sensor to compensate for changes in air flow demand.

40μm-Standard Air, 5um-Clean Air, Oil Coalescing (down to 0.01μm) and Oil Vapour removal filters. The General Purpose filters will remove water, dust and particles from the air to the stated size.
Comparing capability, water mist is up to 40μm; pollen to 10μm; cloud and fog to 1μm; insecticide dust to 0.5μm & oil aerosols to 0.01μm.
